Shipping policy

Items will be sent by tracked delivery and normally shipped within 2-4 days, though often sooner. Please contact shop@darlingelsie.com if you have any concerns or special requests.

Standard UK delivery charges range from £2.50 to £3.99, depending on the combined weight of your order, which will be calculated and shown at checkout. You have the opportunity to review your order at this stage. Please check all the details carefully and make sure to apply any relevant discount codes before confirming payment as they cannot be added retrospectively.

Free standard UK shipping applies to orders totalling £50 or over AFTER any discount codes have been applied.
